This Cookie Policy explains the types of cookies used during your visit to this website operated by IAOSB, the purposes for which they are used, their retention periods and how you can manage your preferences.

What is a Cookie

Google Services and Third-Party Sharing

The Montserrat font used on this site is loaded from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com); therefore your IP address and browser information may be transmitted to Google on each page visit. You can review the scope of this sharing on Google's Partner Site Technologies page.

Managing Your Cookie Preferences

You may change your preferences regarding non-essential cookie categories at any time and withdraw any consent given, using the Cookie Settings link at the bottom of the page. When you withdraw consent, known first-party cookies for that category are automatically removed from your browser; third-party cookies are removed or expire according to the relevant provider's own mechanism. You may also delete cookies or configure your browser to block them from the browser settings menu; in that case some parts of the site may not function properly.

Storage of Consent Records

To be able to prove your consent regarding cookie preferences, the unique identifier of the consent record, the category preferences you provided (functional, performance/analytics, advertising/marketing), the date/time of consent, your language preference, the applicable Cookie Policy version, your browser information (User-Agent) and a truncated IP address are recorded. These records are retained for up to 365 days from the date of consent for the purpose of demonstrating compliance with our legal obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized; they may also be deleted manually by an authorized administrator from the admin panel.

Storage of Consent Records (addendum)

Your cookie preferences are processed as a ConsentLog record. In addition, an event identifier (EventId) that prevents duplicate rows when the same consent event is retried after a network error, and an integrity digest of the banner/preferences text shown to you at that moment (ConsentNoticeSha256), are stored. This classification is a draft and is subject to approval by the data controller/legal team.

These records are retained for up to 365 days; the period is kept consistent with this Cookie Policy and the retention setting in the admin panel.
